The Wells Street Bridge, built in 1922, spans over the Chicago River.  This bridge connects the Near North side with The Loop.  The bridge is double-decked, with the lower deck carrying three lanes of traffic south over the river, with sidewalks, and the upper deck holds the CTA Brown and Purple lines.

Responsible for the complete electrical renovation of the bascule bridge which has CTA tracks on the top and the roadway on the bottom – Responsible for overseeing the electrical design and construction of the project. Construction oversight responsibilities include review and response to RFI’s, shop drawing reviews, cost estimate reviews, change order reviews, design modifications and conflict solving and installation oversight, all with the goal of minimizing the change order costs and keeping the project on schedule.
