CTA 95th Street Terminal Improvement, Chicago, IL

Design & Construction Administration

This is a Design Build project that provides design / preconstruction and construction support services to the CTA for the improvement of the 95th Street Terminal.

Design responsibilities included electrical, traction power and street lighting design, constructability review of consultant design documents ensuring proper integration of the other elements of the project, while enforcing CTA standard design and specification and Chicago Electrical Code.

Construction oversight responsibilities include review and response to RFI’s, shop drawing reviews, design modifications and conflict solving.
